Robert Fraser is the President of Nechako Minerals Corp. Mr. Fraser has a strong sales and marketing background as well as significant experience in managing corporate operations.  Mr. Fraser has been the President of Galaxy Multimedia Corp., a voice over internet provider with its own proprietary network. In addition to being responsible for managing the company’s operations, Mr. Fraser was responsible for market and customer development. 

Mr. Fraser has been the COO for Corinex Communications Corp. Corinex is a research and development company specializing in PowerNet and other networking products and services with worldwide sales. Mr. Fraser, with Corinex, has developed innovative models for marketing and distributing networking and other peripheral devices, involving manufacturing, sales channels and financing. Prior to joining Corinex, Mr. Fraser was President and CEO of AlphaStream Wireless Inc., a company marketing fixed wireless broadband products.

In addition, Mr. Fraser has also been President of VOIP Technology Inc. and GWP Enterprises Ltd. both companies are in the telecom business marketing wholesale and retail long distance carrier services and equipment.  Mr. Fraser also held a variety of positions during his fourteen year tenure at Dun & Bradstreet Canada, culminating as National Marketing Manager.  Dun & Bradstreet is considered the world leader of business information systems.

Craig Robson is a self-employed management consultant with extensive experience in all aspects of financial markets. Mr. Robson was previously employed by C.M. Oliver as Vice-President and Director, responsible for compliance and risk management. Robson is currently President of On Shore Boards International Inc. and Director of Sonora Gold Corp. (TSX-V: SGG, Frankfurt: T9N, OTCBB: SGGFF)

Bill Grossholz is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Nechako Minerals corp. Mr. Grossholz is a Chartered Accountant with a strong financial management, administration, accounting and tax background. Mr. Grossholz also has experience in many facets of the networking, telecommunications and real estate development industries. 

Mr. Grossholz was Controller for Galaxy Multimedia Corp. Galaxy provides leading edge voice over Internet, video over Internet and other services. Mr. Grossholz also manages the financial affairs of Hakai Networks Inc. and Wakai Technologies Inc. Prior to joining Galaxy, Mr. Grossholz was a founder and the Chief Financial Officer of a Vancouver based real estate development company, responsible for running the financial operations of the organization. The company had $250,000,000 real estate development entity with numerous projects in British Columbia and the USA.  Mr. Grossholz has been an Officer and Controller for the Canadian operations of Corinex Communications Corp. Corinex is an international technology research and development company specializing in PowerNet and other networking products and services with worldwide sales. Mr. Grossholz has assisted in developing financing models for marketing and distributing networking and other peripheral devices.

Mr. Grossholz was a Director and Controller of AlphaStream Wireless Inc., a company marketing fixed wireless broadband products. In addition, Mr. Grossholz has also been a Director of VOIP Technology Inc. and GWP Enterprises Ltd.; both companies are in the telecom business marketing VoIP services and wholesale and retail long distance carrier services and equipment. Mr. Grossholz operated a successful Chartered Accountancy practice in Vancouver for fourteen years as well as two years as a Senior Business Auditor for Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.

Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience in North, Central and South America. He has extensive experience in the epithermal, skarn and magmatic massive sulphides. His exploration has taken him from the Brazilian rainforest to the Canadian Arctic.
